To explore transformative pathways for agri-food systems and foster international academic collaboration and policy dialogue, the Sino-German Center for Agricultural and Food Economics at Northwest A&F University, in collaboration with the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO), Tashkent International Agricultural University, Samarkand University of Agricultural Innovation and Research, the Ministry of Agriculture of Ethiopia, the Pakistan Climate Change Authority, and the Eurasian Center for Food Security, among other research institutions, universities, and government departments from the "Belt and Road" countries, jointly initiate the Belt and Road—Global Symposium on Agri-Food System Transformation. This forum invites international high-end scholars and editors of academic journals to conduct in-depth discussions on the key topic of "Innovation, Cooperation and Development".
