应我校经济管理学院高湘昀教授邀请，德国波茨坦气候影响研究所、柏林洪堡大学，欧洲科学院院士Jürgen Kurths教授来我校进行学术交流，并作学术报告。题目：Stability of complex systems under large perturbations and extreme climate events。
报告人介绍：
Jürgen Kurths, member of the German National Academy of Sciences (Leopoldina), Fellow of the American Physical Society, member of the Max Planck Society and Fraunhofer Society, and recipient of the Alexander von Humboldt Research Award. He is Senior Advisor at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) in the Department 'Complexity Science' and Professor and Senior Advisor at Humboldt University Berlin. He has made significant and highly original contributions to the field of complex systems science, playing a key role in the internationalization and interdisciplinary development of nonlinear dynamics, complex networks, and time series analysis. He has published over 650 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals including Nature and its sister journals, PNAS, and Physical Review Letters, authored 10 books, and received more than 42,000 citations.
