In this presentation, we combine recent advances leading to accurate large-scale modeling of CO2 sequestration in subsurface aquifers, heat extraction from geothermal formations, and lab-scale CO2 numerical modeling of fracture initiation, propagation, and fracture tip pressure. The presentation will conclude with viscosification in CO2-IOR.
